Returns accepted only at the time of delivery if the aggregate size/grade supplied is different from the order or if material is excessively dusty, muddy, or mixed with debris.

Once unloaded, mixed with other stock, or used in concrete, the material is not eligible for return; normal loss during handling is considered in pricing.

Valid claims are settled through replacement load or rate adjustment on the invoice, following Company’s standard terms
