Perimeter sealing around aluminum/UPVC windows and doors, glass-to-frame joints, and metal roofing or flashing interfaces.
Surface compatibility (check technical data sheet of supplier for exact list): glass, aluminium, painted metals, non-oily wood, brick, concrete, some plastics and ceramics; not recommended on bituminous, oily, or solvent-bleeding surfaces.
Clean and dry the joint; remove dust, loose particles, oils, and old sealant.
- Mask edges if necessary, cut nozzle to required bead size, and apply with caulking gun in a continuous bead.Tool the sealant within a few minutes to ensure proper contact and smooth finish; allow to cure fully before water immersion or heavy movement.
Use with adequate ventilation; avoid prolonged skin contact and eye exposure.
